Cancelation Policy

At Lulu’s Hair Studio, we strive to provide an exceptional standard of care. In order to achieve this, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our cancelation policy.

We confirm all appointments by text or call 48-72 hours in advance to give ample time to reschedule if needed. Less than 48 hours notice, $50 charge. Less than 24 hours notice, $100 charge.No show’s will be charged FULL COST, $100% of the reserved appointment. We, at times, have a waiting list and this gives the salon the time needed to fill the empty appointment spot. We appreciate your understanding.
