General Terms

All services, appointments, and transactions conducted with Lulu’s Hair Studio are subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations

Deposit Policy

A $50 deposit is required to book any multi-service appointment. This deposit will be applied to your services on the day of your appointment. However, if the appointment is not canceled within the designated cancellation period, the deposit will be revoked. We highly recommend ensuring your availability for the scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiture.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled within this period will not incur any fees, and the deposit will remain credited to your account or be refunded upon request. However, if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. No-shows will also result in a forfeited deposit.

Pricing and Payment

All prices for services and products are subject to change. Payment for services rendered is due at the time of the appointment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. In the event of late payments, we reserve the right to charge a late fee.

Hair Extension Services

For clients interested in hair extensions, we recommend scheduling a consultation to discuss your desired look, pricing, and maintenance requirements. Results may vary based on individual hair type and adherence to recommended aftercare.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services performed. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to address them. Refunds for products may be available on a case-by-case basis, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

Liability

Lulu’s Hair Studio is not responsible for any allergic reactions, side effects, or damages incurred as a result of services provided. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the stylist of any allergies or sensitivities prior to the appointment.
